Ali and is brother came to install two doors in our apartment. The first door was installed well. Very unfortunately, the second door’s door knob hole is completely misaligned, so now we will have to buy a whole new door, get another carpenter to install it properly just to be able to lock our bathroom door. When we told Ali about the mistake, he insists it was our mistake as our door knob was broken and wants to charge us an additional 80CAD to fix it. Regardless of the broken door knob, he could have used one from another door to properly do the job. In addition, I could have had Home Depot cut the door knob holes prior to Ali’s installation but Ali insisted that I keep it uncut. **Resolution: Ali came back quickly the next day to fix the door hole after I confronted him through text.
